Congrats to you Cool Spring boys, I got a nice doe monday morning. Deer sightings seem slim, there is a lot of acorns again this year. They have been raining down the past few days in all this wind. I cant post pics so you'll just have to take my word for it.!! We got a long way to go yet.

You guys are inspirational. Congratulations and keep up the good work. I've seen plenty of deer so far, and a few snowflakes, but still have all my arrows clean and in the quiver. May have to tag along and take notes one day.....

Good luck to everyone!

Hey Steve... Congrats on the doe. You have also have shown me a great idea for plugging the middle hole in our Cool Springs target bail. Just put a old target piece behind it. Have a great season. Jeff

Good shootin Steve. And the season is less than a week old. At this rate, you'll have what, 12 or 13 deer this year?

Have fun! Bill

It's almost 3 p.m. and I've been in this oak tree since 6. Jen is in a stand about 35 yards away (pointing in a different direction). Not one sighting for either of us. Oh well, I guess that's part of paying your dues.
