I have extra arrows that can be borrowed to make a dozen arrows. If anyone has spare arrows like from the lost and found they wish to part with bring them to the GLLI and I can add them to the loaner bucket. Accuracy is not as important as speed in the Cuervo Army Strong Challenge.
Free tip: In Hitten Em Like Howard Hill the video it is explained by John Schulz that Howard was able to get arrows off fast by picking up the arrow by the nock end. Instead of nocking below he would put his arrow on the string from above. It was faster and you do not have to look to see where you put the arrow. One fluid motion and slide the arrow down the string to where the string nock is rather then below. Check the video out yourself and you can knock seconds off your score this way...

Grapes, you have given me an excellent idea to ponder haha... Picture the Cuervo Army Strong Challenge combined with roller derby! What a blast that would be to set up the range on a roller rink and you could roll from target to target on roller blades while shooting arrows into each of the targets while the clock runs... You can do this! HOOOAH!

Does anyone have a list of the vendors that will be at GLLI? I'll be attending on Saturday.

I sure would love to see Michigan Longbow Association Member in your signature box. It is a great addition to the ones you have already accumilated, and is by far the best $15 you will ever spend.

Can't make it on Friday, but the family and I will be there on Saturday.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone and making new friends.

Is it to early to start waking up in the middle of the night wishing it was here already?
Thanks, just want to figure out how much $$ to bring!
I too wish it would get here soon...looking forward as this was the first event my Dad took me to a few years back. I missed both KZOO and Compton this year!
