OK guys. The dates for OJAM are March 23,24 & 25th. I appologize for the confusion. We normally schedule it for the 3rd weekend in March, but there are 5 weekends in March this year!

We are looking forward to another GREAT rendezvous, even bigger and better than the first two! I will rent the big tent again this year, just in case the weather tries to throw us a curve! It looks like we should be able to have fires this year too!! [campfire]

I will be getting there on Wednesday afternoon, the 21'st, and anyone wishing to come early and get their camps set up is welcome to do so.

If you would respond on THIS thread about your plans to attend, it would help in the planning process.

GET THOSE TOOLS SHARPENED UP!!!

Doug

Made my first bow there last year. This year I'm planning on not working near as much.

Nooooo My Friend Todd! Last year, you learned, now because of you "Hangin" with all the Bowyers, you are an Expert, and as such, you'll be required to lighten the load of the organizers! Go Figure-from Novice to Expert in one year because of OJAM. That's what can be expected of the Event!!

My brand new son-in-law is also planning to come out for the day on Saturday. I got him shooting a little light recurve the other day and I think he is hooked...

There are some "rumors" floating around that the TV show "Outdoor Oklahoma" may be there to film, so make sure you bring your razors! [bigsmyl]

What in the world would ya need a razor for? They are not near durable enough to scrape a bow with for very long and I got knives for cutting things with... unless your talking about that "shaving" thing where some fellers actually scrape their faces. I ain't done that since '93.
