that is Bill. He put his hammock up between Bernie and Killie's camps. He was the official stake hammerer for Bernie's tent stakes! Cooler weather today. Only supposed to be in low 80's. Tomorrow calling for 70's. Might need my jacket!!!!!
Getting ready to head over to the shoot. Will post more pics tonight!

Did Bill's son Will make it also or did EagleFeather's snoring scare him off for good?

I apologize for not posting pics on Friday, but feel asleep in my chair when we got back to the hotel...I will post some from Friday and Saturday now, and more to come later.
I had a great time shooting, talking to old friends, and enjoying the atmosphere. My thanks to all those who helped make the weekend fun...I know it takes a lot of work, and it was a great weekend....

The expression on John's face is pretty darn good, great pic! Everyone in that picture looks astonished even ole Hoots back there. The marriage porposal was also great, she was in serious shock from that and very happy, she didn't stop smiling the rest of the night!

Got in to Lancaster this afternoon tired from the 7hr drive, but glad to have made the trip....looking forward to next year already.....
I managed to bring home a new Anneewakee (still can't pronounce the name! ) Archery Addiction recurve. I made the mistake of listening to John Dill telling me to take one out and shoot it...he knew I would buy it....thanks, John....I had the pleasure of meeting Lee Hoots, the bowyer who makes this great shooting and looking bow for John....thanks, Lee for a great bow.....I shot the comp course with it the next day, and then the coon shoot saturday night...it is 49#@28", which gets me right where I want to be at my 26" draw...shoots fast and quiet....can't believe how lucky I was...John and Lee are great people...and I know this bow will be a hit...
I will post some close up pics of the bow when I get a chance....but here is a pic of me with Lee and John after I got my bow....

I can testify to Lee loving his new bow. I talked with him after the competion shoot at Big Jims and he was still talking up his new "Addiction" bow. Congrats on the new bow Lee and how come John looks the happiest in the picture, did you just hand over the money when the pic was snapped? Money well spent enjoy that bow. Chris
