ATAR is always the second weekend in July (they only missed that one year and that was because we couldn't reserve Lake Stephens that week due to a conflict, so had to hold it the weekend of the fourth). Hope to see a big turnout this year.

ATAR is reserved for the second weekend of July (the 8th, 9th, and 10th 2011) for Lake Stephens Lake. It is up to the club to vote for holding it (this is done every year), along with finding volunteers to do it. More information can be found at www.tbswv.com, or feel free to call me at 304-308-0037.

I will make a follow up here and free up Bernie's Dino thread from this.
TBSWV will not be holding ATAR this year. We had someone who was trying to get it organized, but due to his work obligations, he was unable to do so. We are not shelving ATAR for ever, but 2011 is out. We will make every attempt again next year to bring it back for 2012. I will be updating our club website to reflect the change, and we will be adding and changing some events to try and make up for the hole ATAR will be leaving. If anyone wishes to discuss this, please call me at 304-308-0037.
Thanks, Bobby Graham Jr. President TBSWV
