Have you guys got any photos of some bowyer set ups you could share with me so i can come up with a plan.... thanks... Kirk

Hey Kirk, check out the Kalamazoo threads. I know that I posted pic after pic of bow displays.

Kirk, If you are renting a vehicle in Buffalo, stop at a home depot and pick up 4 10' 2*4's. Cut them in half and join the ends with a big door hinge. Get 4 10' 1*3's and cut them in half. Screw them into the 2*4's at the top and near the bottom. Get some 3/8" bolts maybe 4" long drill holes where you want your bows and attach bolts. Get a couple of feet of clear tubing to put over the bolts for protection and shazaam you have bow racks that can hold any number of bows. Probably wouldn't cost more than $30. Home depot will even cut them for you and if you ask nice they may have a drill you cold use. I'll look you up and see what you came up with.

They might rent folding tables at the shoot. Call and ask, Just get a long folding table and buy some nice material to put on top. Lay your bows on it neetly. Hang your sign on the post of the tent behind you. So you will need to get some clothes line.

Thanks for the great suggestions. Home depot was one of my pit stops. i have too many bows to just put on table tops in my allotted space this trip.

I don't want to get off topic, but I'd like to help Kirk if I can for a second.
Kirk, if you are going by Home Depot before you get to the event, maybe you can whip up something like this:
It ain't fancy, but it works, and you can whip it up in about 20 minutes and for less than $10.
Materials are:
(2) 2x3's (1) 1x3 3/8 dowel rod (get 2 if you want to put a lot on there) 3/8 bolt (5"), 2 washers, 1 wing nut
Mine is cut to 6 1/2', but you can leave it as long as you want.
I am sure Mike will lend you a tool or two to whip it up, but if not, I'll bring my drill, bits, and a little saw for the dowels, and I can help you slap it together if you want. I'll be there from Sunday-Sunday.
Shoot me a PM if you like and I can let you know where we'll be camped.
Sorry folks to get off topic, please continue your regularly scheduled thread.
Edit: Just read razorbacks suggestion...good idea too.

Cuboodle, Don't know if I will have something that you would want for one of those beauties but I will definetly stop by and horse trade with you. My daughter keeps bugging me about getting a knife and since this is her first shoot, that might fit the bill nicely.
