Start planning now if you are looking for a great shoot this summer. The Colorado Traditional Archer's Society - High Country Shoot will be June 22-24. This is an awesome shoot held in the middle of elk country. The shoot includes 6 3-d ranges of all Rinehart targets, novelty shoots, vendors, a kitchen and great primitive camping in the Colorado Rockies. We typically have 300-400 shooters and you can shoot as much as you like. For info, keep an eye on http://colotradarchers.com/ for updates.

Ken, there is a road between New Castle, CO and Buford, CO, and it is probably about 20-25 mi north of New Castle on the Buford rd.

Looking forward to it Mark! Hope the weather is good again this year [thumbsup] This is one of the best shoots around, and if you live in UT or surrounding ststes you really should consider this, it's the best, closest trad shoot from here. The courses are great and CTAS puts on a great shoot!!

I've been wondering where there might be a good Western US shoot in the mountains. Now I know!

I will try to make it. Barry Smith just sent me an invite. I would love to meet you guys!

Besides that, I haven't been to a shoot in 12 years.

The CTAS High Country Shoot is a great time - for those of you who have never attended, I promise you will have a GREAT time. Am going to try to make it - even though I will just be getting back from the Compton Rendezvous in Michigan.
