We'll be up there hopefully by mid-day tomorrow (Friday), as long as I don't get lost.

You guys that missed this one don't know what you're missing. Three awesome courses with a good variety of shots - some far, some close, some big critters, some small critters, some brushy, some out in the open. These folks really know how to set them up
Also, door prizes as soon as you register, and really good food at really good prices.
I think Brett and the rest of the guys and gals at Standing Stone deserve a big round of applause.
Now for a few pics....
Here's Brett signing folks up.
I met up with and shot with fellow Trad Gangers Keith Zimmerman and widow sax (Darren Bowers) and his significant other Tammy. We had lots of fun on the courses and some good natured ribbing to keep everyone on their toes.
Keith at full draw..
widow sax
and Tammy

They also had a novelty shoot where you could win a $10 bill if you hit it at 40 yards. Doc Nock manned the novelty shoot.
Keith and I tried a couple shots each with no hits on it, but after we took a break Keith broke out his Cari-Bow for another go at it, and that Cari-Bow proved its worth. Great shot Keith!!
So it was a real good time and my only regret is that I didn't take yesterday off from work and camp all weekend.
Again, thank you Brett and everyone for great shoot

Thanks for posting the pics, John. I would say its the best 3D shoot I attend. Targets are backed my bales on much of the course. You can take long shots any time and not worry about losing an arrow. Plus the targets are close enough for realistic shooting for the most part.
As for the food, you cant beat it or the prices. 1st class all the way. I think I will drive back tomorrow with my Shawnee for some more fun. If u have never been to this shoot, u are missing a good one. Z

We had a great time as well. We camped Fri night then hit the courses on Sat and shot 'til we dropped. It was a long drive home with both my son-in-laws snoozing. This was their first big weekend shoot and it couldn't have been a better one!
Thanks to Brett and the crew!

Made my first trip to Standing Stone yesterday. Wonderful ride out Rt 35. Club was beyond my expectations. Very cordial people manning registration and the kitchen. Glad to see Jeff and Al from Allegheny bows. Always a pleasure guys. Met up with a fellow on the course and we shot two courses together. My pleasure meeting you Mike. Ran into Bill Jionelli with his Bighorn and had a good conversation. It was a wonderful trip and looking forward to the next one. Thanks. Shick
