The last shoot for the year is coming up August 21 and it will be set up as a warm up for the bow hunters. We will have out mostly deer targets at hunting ranges, (but still with a few close by trees)and some bears and boars. Sure hope a bunch of shooters can be there to enjoy our final monthly gathering. It will seem like a long time untill the New Year's day shoot. We will have our yearly championship winners presentation after the monthly awards and a meeting to talk about next year's plans after that. So bring your bug spray, a sandwich & cooler full of drinks to stay all day.

The 21st...... my Birthday Kiva ! Mason and I sure have missed the shoots this year but with the economy and my job we got to watch every dime. I am saving to take him to Illinois this year and can't attend all the events we would like too. That sister of his in college now ain't helping the huntin and shootin fund none either !!! Sure hope we can get back on track next year.

Its bitter sweet. I can't wait for the shoot to get here but then again I wish it was a little farther off since its the last one. I appreciate everything everybody does to make these shots happen. I've had a great time coming to them and making some great friends along the way. Thanks to all

Jimmy....does that mean you and Mason will be there or not????? we'll help you celebrate your 35th birthday again OK????? If all goes well, there's maybe 8 to 12 GA friends making their way to our last shoot!!!I am tickled they are planning on coming to. Jeff and I will see ya'll on Sunday...Good Lord willing. Tomi
