A coupla' months ago I went canoeing with this character

 -

Well in the meantime he was 'beetled' and now looks like this:

 -

My shot took out his lungs and looks like he survived a prior shot to the head with a two blade!? [scared]

How many lives do these guys have?

Nice!

Is that a broadhead hole in the top of his skull? Oops, nevermind, I just went back up and read under your pic!

They sure can be tough. I have killed several that had broadhead/bullet wounds that were healed over, but never one in the head like that.

Congrats on a great hog!

Nothing about hogs surprises me. Incredible animals. That is one cool skull.

I once skinned a turkey to find #6 shot under the skin. I use #5 or #4. I thought that was cool. This is just straight ridiculous. Great trophy you've got.

Very cool. The first hog I ever shot was around an 80# I shot it the first time and hit a little far back in the ribs. We started trailing it and when we got to it it was still alive so I shot it again in the head. Now the hog has an arrow sticking out both sides of it's rib cage what would later be determined a liver shot and an arrow sticking out it's head. Wouldn't you know the dern thing still didn't die so I put a 3rd arrow right through the boiler room. With all 3 arrows in it it still ran 80 yards before finally dying.
