i have a old bitzenburg jig that i have been using. i like it but i have seen some arrows that had more twist than can get with my bitzenburg. any ideas. or do i just not know how to use it properly

Many, many years ago (decades) I once owned a Bitzenburger fletcher. I wasn't enthralled by the amount of helical it made. This is why I sold it and bought a Jo-Jo Multi-Fletcher.
I know the Jo-Jan gives about eleven degrees of helical twist. I've had my Jo-Jan for about 30 years now.

I have seen post on this before, without the directions for the jig its hard to adjust. but you can get some major helicle if adjusted correctly.
Have you done a google search on how to adjust a blitz jig,it may turn up what your looken for.

This may help. Just play around with moving the lower set knob to the center and left, while moving the top set knob to the right.
