When your payment is received and recorded Walt will note that on the thread for your item. Has it been updated with payment received? Did you pay by check or PayPal?
With hundreds of items and payments coming in daily on all of them getting the payments posted is a monumental task, and there may be a bit of a delay, but it will get recorded.
If you haven't done so already, you should also send the seller a PM to let him know that payment has been sent and to give them your address for shipping when it is recorded.
Thanks for bidding and helping to make it another great year for St. Jude!

We try to update the payments daily, and succeed most days. However, some days other obligations interfere.
Doug is currently in Alaska on vacation and is updating the PayPal payments between fishing trips: He will catch up on the PayPal payments in the next couple of days and process any checks sent to him when he returns.
Personally, I got busy building bows and forgot to update the payments by check on Monday.
We do appreciate everybody's patience should life cause any delay.

Just a suggestion to buyers but it would be nice to let the donors know that you received the item they shipped. I talked with another member yesterday that felt the same way but we are both old school. Maybe in this day in age that isn't the norm so please excuse us if this should no longer be expected.

Walt, you and Doug are doing a great job at an underappreciated task. You have my thanks.
Jack, what you are saying is not oldschool. It is common courtesy.

Thanks for all the work done by volunteers for this auction.
I looked around and didn't see a grand total for this year. Anyone know how much was raised?

Jack.. You are right on the money. I told the donor of one item I bought that I received it...haven't received the other item yet.
More importantly, I'd expect the same common ( or uncommon) courtesy if I was giving something away.
Some people here ( not most..just some ) need an " aa haa " moment when the lightbulb turns on and they realize that they're dealing with other people here, other brothers and sisters,...not some big box company.
