Just got off the phone with my friend, yes, I still have a few, Brent Marxen. He arrowed a nice fat spike with the longbow that I traded him last season. He's getting to be deadly with that old Trophy Headhunter. Congratulations Brent!

After deer season, I'm looking forward to hunting coyotes with Brent and Jeff Murphy. We're gonna try to kill one with a stick. That'll be fun!

Jeff's donated a two day guided coyote hunt along with a turkey hunt to be raffled off at next year's banquet. The Wilkes County connection is starting to pay off! Everybody be sure to put some tickets in those bags. [archer2]

Don't know about that, but originally it was made for Dave Waldorp. Now if you've seen Dave shoot, and if you've seen me shoot, you know how talented Brent is to overcome those dual curses! Originally it was 66# at 27 inches. Flatwoods Custom bows took the draw down to 58# at 28 inches. Much more comfortable.

Yeah, Joel, Jeff Murphy has won about 42 calling contests. That hunt should be like going to school on turkey hunting. [saywhat]

Joe Scarborough. I actualy have Joe's bow forms, hope to use em one day although I'm sure I can't come close to his artistry.
