I just watched Tim Stricklands video (Traditional Bow Shooting). He says the same things as many have said on here but for some reason the way he said it just clicked for me. I think it would also be great for someone just starting out and especially for those who are having problems with there pull thru release. Tim is a sponsor here and you can find the DVD on his site.
