Not to far from me then. I love the 3M shoots they have for 3-d in June and July usually try to go on both Saturday and Sunday of each shoot.

Went up to Brainerd last Saturday to pick up a new Holm-Made recurve. Really personable person, with very attractive bows. As with any new bow, one doesn't look like a hero at the target right away, but after about 350 arrows, 4 of 5 are going where they should. The one out of 5 which goes away from the bullseye is due to the shooter's lack of concentration. Well satisfied.

Welcome to the site and good to see another Minnesotan in these parts. Have fun pull up a seat and get ready to learn all sorts of tips and pointers.
My name is also Brian C (Cote) and again welcome aboard.

If he shoots, it's possible I've seen him at the range, but I don't recognize the name.

I'm a few miles east of Milaca. Aside from the Coon Rapids shoot, anybody know of any shoots or leagues geared toward traditional shooters?

Iron Llama. Welcome to the Minnesota site. Yes, we're still here. Not much activity on this site. There probably will be more exchanges of info during the fall hunt...
