Not familiar with that particular brand, but if you're referring to the old woven fiberglass arrows, you can shoot them all you like. They are either straight or broken.
Good arrows for general shooting, and are a bit heavier than wood.
One thing that will extend their life is to glue a 1" section of aluminum arrow over the point end of the shaft, right behind the point.
