Just called Buttonwood and reserved a spot for the morning of January 27 one 15 bird package between nine guys gives us a pretty good price they did not ask for a deposit but if less guys show up on the day of We do not get a discount. Would everyone be OK with sending me a small good faith deposit

Never done this. How does 15 birds between 9 guys work? I don't wanna sound greedy but would like to get a few shots, maybe even hit one!

Let me call them again I think I did the math wrong we may end up with two fields with 15 birds each we can split into two groups that way that would be awesome

Sorry about the math mix up. My first time planning this. If we donít get two fields then we should have a bunch of $ left for extra birds and plenty of shooting. Once I get a few good shots in I like to take a few breaks to get some good photos anyway. My first call to the place I requested two fields then I had the math spasm called and cancelled one then realized my mistake and called again to ask for the second field the lady wasnít to patient with me at that point so I donít wasnít to call and pester her or she might just drop us altogether. These places are skeptical about bowhunters to begin with. I want to establish a good relationship in case we make this a annual event

Talking to a couple of my fellow club members at Suffolk Archers they told me they booked with you also. That said I don't think any from our group will have a problem either way.
