I just recieved word that my dear friend Glenn Smith's wife has lost her long battle with cancer. She was buried last Friday and Smitty is very down right now. I ask that all of you Prayer Warriors keep him in your prayers.
Lord, please ease Smitty's pain and let him know that Cherry is in a better place now and free of the pain. Shore him up with your strength Lord.
Amen

Thank you all. I have talked to Smitty and he is healing but it will be a long process, hard to loose a soul mate. I was able to visit Cherry in Nov. and she was in good spirits and even mustered the strenght to have Smitty take her to visit his mother for a bit. I think she knew the end was near at that time as after they got home from the visit she was bedridden at home and in the hospital often. The Lord has her now and her pain is replaced with the joy of everlasting life. Please continue to pray for Smitty and their children and familys.
Thank you all.

Prayers for Glenn, their children, extended family, and friends.
The feeling of sadness over the loss of a loved one is a testament to the joy they brought to your life.
I pray her family can soon fully embrace the joy of Cherry's life more than dwell on the pain of their loss.
