This past month my father-in-law bought me a pair of the new monarch 3 binocs. They are nice, but I noticed that no matter what I did, the right side stayed fuzzy. I contacted Carrol Davis a sponser for Nikon here. I was told where to send them back to. They sent me a new pair today, and they are clear as a bell. I am looking forward to seeing how they perform in the mountains. I can't say enough good about the customer service! Absolutley no hoops to jump through, and very fast! Thanks Nikon!!!

I have a pair of Nikon Monarchs that I absolutely love, they are clear and work well in low light conditions and have proved to hold up to a few bumps and drops thus far. Well worth the money!

5 stars for my small Nikons. Bought them several years ago and couldn't be happier. Light weight and I can't see enough difference between them and Swaorskis or other million dollar binocs.
