One final note, any of the veneers that are in the 1-3/4" width can be ground to 1-1/2". I'll be glad to grind them for you at no additional cost.

I'm adding in afew more sets of Birdseye Maple.

These are from different stock and have a much different look. If you like the looks of Birdseye Maple, but don't really care for the light colored wood then be sure and check out some of these sets. Several are heartwood Birdseye and are much darker. I'm including a close up pic with each set as well.

Birdseye Maple
36" x 1-3/4" x .030"
$30.00 a set plus shipping CUS only

Now back to veneers and lams.

Some of you may remember the Flaming Ambrosia Maple bow I built. I finally got time to cut and grind the rest of the material into veneers.

Over the past several days I've been working on a new supply of spliced veneers.

At present this setup are still in billet form. I'll be cutting and sanding to .030".

If your interested in a set before I get time to cut and grind, just let me know and I'll push them up in the work order.

Eastern Red Cedar and Osage with walnut and maple stripes.

1-1/2" x 36" (thickness to be set later)

$40.00 for set of four veneers plus shipping to CUS only

I have three sets of the Spalted Black Walnut remaining. As you can see these are not spalted the full length of the veneers. However, if used in say takedown limb I think they would be very sharp. Atleast you could say you have something different to everyone else.

Spalted Black Walnut veneers
1-3/4" x 36" x .030"
$30.00 for a set of four veneers plus shipping to CUS only

 -

 -

As with any wood, sometimes the features play out. This set ended up with ony three veneers showing spalting. I add a solid walnut veneer to it to make a full set.

Mixed set of Spalted and solid walnut
1-3/4" x 36" x .030"
$20.00 for this set plus shipping to CUS only

I've had request for sometime now about American Elm. Well here it is. I'll be showing two pics of each set. The feathering between the anual growth rigs is better on the ends than in the middle, but still they really look great. Used natural or stained, these veneers will make your next bow a show stopper.

Ameriacn Elm
1-3/4" x 36" x .030"
$20.00 for a set of four veneer or $10.00 for the single pair.
