Please put your thinking caps on!
Approximately four years ago, on an Annual St. Jude Auction, I posted an offer for a unique coffee cup that was formed with half a Moose sticking outside both sides of it (As if the Moose had run into, and through, it, and was trying to push on through. It drew a lot of attention and some number of bids. The winner was very pleased to be top bidder, and sent me a nice message afterwards. However, though he would not let me reimburse him, he had to tell me it got broken in transit. He insisted it was for a good cause, and packed well, so he would not hear of me refunding even his bid. I thanked him profusely, telling him I had never seen another like it before or after, but assured him that if I ever did, I would do my best to obtain it and send it to him.
Today, I finally found another just like it. Now I realize that, though I keep everyone in my (huge) Rolodex, and have notes on their cards of items won, sent, received, etc - BUT they are all filed alphabetically by actual last names only. Naturally, my memory being spotty at best, I cannot for the life of me remember who the member was, by either name or handle. and I'd probably play heck trying to spot it among all those cards by the abbreviated item names I use.
If either he, or anyone remembers anything about this bid, win, and (unfortunate) loss. Please post and help me find him to finally fill his generous bid. Please remember, once I get a name, I will be able to verify the win by his card. I appreciate any help on this possible good outcome.
I am so tickled to have found this replacement, I can hardly believe it. If I don't find the proper member, I will place this unique item on the St. Jude Auction again this year, Good Lord willing, for new bids (best I can do - IMO) :campfire: :jumper:

Thank you so much, fling (and wingnut) - it's just the same ol' ber643 - LOL(that does mean a lot though). Just as an update on me - turned 82 last month, still going strong, Have full intention of reaching (at least) 1oo, God willing, and given half a chance. Supporting TGMM (and of course(TG and St. Jude Annual auctions), etc. Also still bowhunting when I can. Having a little bit of a problem with medical issues at this time (more in depth on TGMM and my FB page), but have every hopes of that helping me to realize my "intention", when the Dr's get it cleared up. Don't get to post on here too often as I don't seem to manage my time quite as well as I used to - LOL (I was the holder of top number of posts on TG for some years, back when - :goldtooth: and still hold it to be the best Trad forum site on the internet, due to the owners and the many generous, loyal, supporters.
Oh yeh, also still looking for an easy answer to my original question - LOL (Sorry for the quick personal update - couldn't resist it while I was "in the house" - LOL) I know some members are aware of it all.
