G10ga,I'm not an expert but it looks like you are anticipating the release. It's like everything just drops, your bow hand and your release hand. Try to follow through and keep your release hand close to your face. Hope this helps. The pants are cool ,it's the sweatshirt I'd get rid of. :D

Looks good Major! I would second the comment about follow-through, looks like you are not keeping back tension on the drawing arm through the shot, specifically after release by not continuing to pull through the shot with the draw hand and pushing the bow towards the target with the bow arm. That push-pull has to be there even after the arrow is gone.

I think I'm seeing a slight creep forward just before the shot.

You've gotten some great advice already...the only thing I'll add is to try not leaning forward(toward the target) so much....you're loosing some draw length....and I'd bet with a top view we would see your elbow isn't all the way back in proper alignment.....
