Id like to personally thank Molson he took the time out to PM me and explain using your back muscles for shooting I went out today and im actually getting the hang of it. Its helped my release a bunch I thought I was going to have to adjust my nock point because I thought it had moved because of terrible flight but its because I was drawing with my arm and not back muscles so I was torqueing the string my arrows now fly like darts.
I shot better in the first 2 hours of pratice then I have in a long time I feel with the back muscle shooting ill be ready by June for my hog hunt. The only thing I may not be doing correct is not pulling through I am drawing and holding with my back muscles but I found its easier for me to not pull through the shot I found it made my bow jump all over but nevertheless its helped me quit snap shooting cause of less pressure on my fingers and I cant wait to see my groups in a few weeks. I maybe getting ahead of myself but I truly feel like it worked for me. Thank you Molson im greatly thankful.

Hey 2, your welcome! Just keep using that drill as you work on your form. Pull up the thread, "Conditioning and Heavy Bows" on PowWow. Lots of good advice in there.
