Get the properly spined arrows and practice alot?! You'd get more help if you could let folks know what was ailin' ya. Gettin poor arrow flight , can't hit the broadside of a barn from inside it or are ya geting a sharp stabbing pain in the belly every time ya shoot? ( turn the bow around!)

I just dont know very much about it.  I can hit the target.  I am switching over from the training wheels and love it.  I just wandered if anyone could recommend anything.  Ive been shooting off the knuckle and think I might build a shelf- any thoughts?  I also have been slapping my wrist very bad and I have read to move the wrist to just past center, is this correct?  Thanks
