That's all I needed to put more of into my grip to get my ACS CX to shoot where I look! So much for thinking I knew how to hold EVERY bow I shoot.
-
When I read the title 1st thought was traning a dog.
-
gotcha!
-
Yeah, you did :D
-
Figuring it out for different bows(hand placement) was key to me with every bow.
Keeping a 'soft' hand helps me with the ACS-CX, as well.

I so wanted to shoot this bow like I shot all my others,,,no can do. Had to relearn but it is well worth it.

Well said Woodduck. I try very hard to find bows that shoot where I want with similar hand placement. The ones that i have to fiddle with, even if they are great bows get sold. At the moment of truth I don't want to be thinking, "now do I hold this 1 tight with high wrist pressure, or loose with more heel pressure or...."

JC I agree. I love it when a bow just feels right. When they don't they go to another home.
-
The more bows I shoot the more I start thinking about trying a low grip bow again,,, never really gave it a chance the first go around.

Everytime I grab a bow I think 'Heel' and your post here. It's really working for me.
