Hi everyone this is my first post and I thought I would see if you guys had some advice on my form. I seem to drop my arm after my release. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Here is the link to the video. form video (http://web.mac.com/hehanoj/iWeb/Bowform/Movie.html)

Just a quick view from my sight on this end.It looks like you are lifting your elbow slightly high for my comfort. Try lowering your elbow "your draw arm" and counter the sight picture by canting your bow slightly. I think this will put the bow more in your grip so you will feel more comfortible and not feel like your going to drop your bow after the shot. Do you know Terry Greens "T" form system.?

1st off, you are leaning way forward toward the target, and creating a 'C' with your spine, and putting a lot of weight on your front foot....no problem in the field with the weight on the front foot as you may have to do that at some point to create a shot, but your 'go to' shot should be more balanced.
I'll have another look later.

Like Terry said, weight too far forward. You just don't look comfortable or natural in that position.
You're also collapsing at the release. If you view the video slowly, you can see, especially on the first shot, your entire body move forward right at the release. The collapse and resulting forward release is causing the bow arm to jump all over. Your drawing hand moves forward and up, never back. I would concentrate on pulling with the back at the release. Try to focus on wrapping the drawing shoulder back to bury the anchor.
It appears you may be heeling that bow too much. It may just be an illusion from the film, but it sure looks like the bottom limb is bending more than the top.
Keep after it and learn something from each shot. That video camera can tell you alot if you're willing to look.

BTW...just to make sure I was clear, those were TWO different problems. Weight forward, and the 'C' spine.

I know you are not at full draw in this pic, but this is where you are at at full draw as well.

One other thing that I have noticed is your bow hand. It looks like your are grasping the bow after you hit full draw. I'd suggest an even pressure grasp whether it be very light or heavy thoughout the entire draw process.

First of all thanks for your critiques. This is the first time I have video taped myself shooting and it definitely helps. I just found this site and it has a lot of good information.
I will keep your suggestions in mind as I shoot this week and try to get more film up soon. Thanks again guys.
