I purchased a new LB and it doesn't matter what arrows I shoot I get an arrow flight of high right at the knock. also i definitely have arrow contact on either my riser and the left side just off the shelf. help.47 lb's @ 28

You are dealing with two issues. I'd suggest you deal with the nock high first. This can be caused by the nocking point being too high or too low. Set it at 1/8" above level with the arrow shelf and go shoot. Don't cant the bow because you will confuse the issue of up/down left/right. If the arrow still flies nock high move the nocking point up about 1/8" and try again. This is where the brass crimp-on nock points come in handy. If you get to 3/4" and the problem is still there then it's probably something you are doing or a problem with the bow.
If you fix the nock high problem move on to the nock right issue. Try different arrow spines. Most likely your arrows are too stiff but that's a guess. Go to a weaker arrow or add more weight up front.
