I am coming off of left shoulder surgery and maybe should wait another week - but it feels OK. Anyway, I read the thread on the formaster and made one. Terry and Rod had provided some advise on a previous shooting video of mine and I am looking now to see how things look to you all.

Dont push that shoulder!
Looks great...no collapse at all! Now work on NOT using your bowhand index finger to hold the arrow on the shelf :)

I see no evidence of back tension. Your release looks well, less than crisps. Other than those very nice.

Looks good :clapper:

When using a Formaster, its very evident back tension if being used and no loss of BT at release, IF the entire draw side is not taken forward at the loose....that's the main purpose of a Formaster , to force the use of and maintaining back tension

Thanks for your input. I appreciate the help. Odd thing I notice when not using the formmaster and am shooting live arrows that at times, I find I am short-drawing. One very reliable person said he feels the short-draw issue is psychological since I can do it with the formmaster.
