Title: Trying to Learn...
Post by: trcytylr on September 02, 2009, 12:37:00 AM
to shoot traditional. I'm practicing with an old Ben Pearson Mustang. Looks like it says 45# @ 28 and 58" I think.(Hard to read the writing.) I have been using Gold Tip carbons 75/95 with 5" feathers and 125gr stinger broadheads. Are the arrows right for this set up? Thanks for the help!

i figure they are way too stiff, i would try a gold tip 3555 with 125 up front and go from there

Yeah, those arrows are way to stiff. Start out with 3555s uncut and see how they work out for you.
