well I dont know what has happened to my shooting, but I can not seem to get my bow to full draw. I even bought a 40 pound bow to try and fix this problem, and i won asa missouri state championship last year. thats what upsets me most is I was a very good shot. I used to be able to draw and hold any of my 50 to 55 pound bows, any ideas on what mite be the problem

A form of TP.
Try this exercise for a few weeks, draw up on blank target and hold for 3 secs and come back down, keep doing the exercise then after a few days when you feel confident that youre getting to Anchor start doing random releases (1 in 5) still on blank target, then when you feel even more confident put a spot on and aim but still do random releases and reducing the slowly until you feel back in control.
What this exercise does is take the aiming process out and allows you to just focus on getting to Anchor, as you build confidence you can slowly start puting the aiming back into you shot sequence.
I do this exercie on a regular basis as part of my practice, it keeps me in control and not let the Bow control me.
