I shoot a #55 @ 28 bow. I draw 27 inchs.
What do you recommend for spine and arrow legth?
I shoot wood arrows.
And what weight do you think I am pulling at 27 inchs?
I like to use a 125 grain head if that helps. I can always change it to a heavier weight if needed, thanks.

55-60 is what my friend uses at 271/2" draw out of his 54@28" Grizzly, cut to 28.5" bop. You may need lighter for the longbows unless they have a fast flight string. If you cut yours to 27.5 or 27.75" you could get by with 50-55 as well.

some where around #52 at 27".1916 at 27 1/2 or 28" could use 2016 to.I shoot 28" 1916 out of 45# to 52# and shoot just fine.

Robert, it depends on what style of bow you're shooting. Spine increases for the same draw weight in the following order: Selfbow, Hill-style glass-backed longbow, reflex/deflex glassed longbow, recurve bow. String type also influences spine. Skinny, low-stretch strings need more spine that Dacron.
A recurve with a skinny low-stretch string can need as much as 25# more spine than the draw weight number. The three bows you've listed could all need different arrows, depending on how they're set up.
