Title: How I practice on a moving target

I bought several of these hard rubber dog toys for $1.00 each. I usually swing them a little harder than this for practice but I didn't want to take a chance on missing for the video !!!

ya i kick a nerf ball around,,finaly talked my girlfriend into throwing it for me
