Yep....there's some shooting info in the DVD along with many other 'how to' sections along with hunting.

I got mine about a week ago and have watched it over and over again.  If it were on VHS I'd probably need a new one by now.

The interview with Charlie Lamb, the tips and (my favorites) the rabbit, frog and squirrel hunts... definitely money well spent.

Again....there is shooting info on the DVD...Proper alignment, double anchor, cant angles.....

Done got mine great deal for sure. is that a quiver of arrows hanging on that mirrow if so where did it come from. I would like to have one. it is a great video.
