Title: Fresh start;
Post by: ravenwolf on November 22, 2010, 08:08:00 AM
Hello, and thanks, I am going from the Hill stlye longbow, to a recurve. I feel like I never shot a bow, before in my life. Question, what dvd, book, is suggested for some one looking for a fresh start. Best to you and yours, Ravenwolf;

You can't go wrong with the DVD, "Masters of the Barebow" Vol 3, as it hits all the steps of putting together the well executed shot.

Have fun!

I'm curious what you're finding different about it, other than the grip. Sight picture? Speed of the arrow? Or are you switching from a swing draw?

Hello,and thanks I think I am guilty of not spending the time year in and out, with the longbow, and now going to the recurve, I am looking at breathing a fresh effort into the whole BIG picture. Ravenwolf;
