I am trying to put on another Rod Jenkins Shooting Clinic at our club in Grand Blanc. I think it is safe to say that all who participated last year felt the got their moneys worth. I need to get 10 spaces locked down to secure it.
April 30 – May 1, 2011 Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-2
Flint Bowmen in Grand Blanc MI
Rod was the 2004 IBO world Champion in the traditional class and one of the stars in Masters of the Barebow 3. Rod will bring his no-nonsense approach to shot execution and control with the traditional longbow and recurve to FBM in 2011. Topics to be covered in the 2 day clinic are;
1 Introduction of the 7 steps to excellence program
2 Individual shot analysis and correction
3 Formaster training
4 Practice drills to reinforce the 7 steps
5 Strengthening the mental game
6 Aiming methods discussion
7 Question and answer session
The cost will be $250.00 per person for the two days including a lot of one on one instruction with Rod.
Class size is limited to 12 people maximum so please call with your interest to reserve a spot. I’ll take verbal commitments now and by the end of March I’ll need a $100.00 deposit with the remainder due on Saturday April 30. PM here to secure a spot.
Everyone spends money on equipment, now spend some money on the most important thing in the shot…………you!

Still some spots open. Time to make a New Years resolution.

That's a great deal!

I have said it here and elsewhere ...
this is the best money you can spend in archery !
Rod will set you on the right track to repeatable consistent accuracy . We had a bunch of guys worried that he was going to try and convert us all into 3 under Fita shooters ! lol
What he did do was take what we were already doing , refined it, ensured we were aligned , ensured we actually pulled through the shot and made sure that we came away with a better understanding of the actual mechanics of the process. Nothing enables you to better critique, practice and analyse your shooting than two days with Rod . Nothing will improve your shooting more .
If you have the chance go for it !

I can't say it any better than Ben. I went last year to this exact class at the Flint Bowmen and learned so much it is embarrassing. Best money I've ever spent on hunting.
-
Scooter,
How many slots filled so far? Is there enough to hold the class? I'mm one who contacted and am in by the way.
Thanks
Darrell

Best money I have spent on archery. Real eye opener for sure. Wish I had been smart enough to attend one of Rods clinics before even buying a bow.

A real eye-opener to say the least! Rod puts on a great class and I learned a ton.
