My anchor is on my face. My face is on my head. I will not move my anchor. I will not move my head. I will not move my anchor...I will NOT move my head.
Been farming up my shooting lately, and finally figgered it out tonight.
Bad releases, caused by bringing my head to my hand and not my hand to my head, thus, my anchor. It gets things out of line, and messes up release, follow through, and back tension, and finally ACCURACY!
I just thought I should write it down to help myself remember, and hopefullly help someone else
Best regards,
Brian

LOL hey Brian, I hace to remind myself of the same thing from time to time, especially when my shots start to wonder.

nice concept put to words...trying that as I go shoot my new HH Robin hood.

I should write that on my bow where I can read it every time I draw an arrow

Shooting Blind Bale, eyes closed will help you understand what your anchor should feel like, including face position.
