Here's what worked for me. Shoot as light an arrow as possible without hurting your bow.
Watch your arras fly all over the place!
OK, bad joke. LOL. But I'm guilty of bad form. The light arra helped me discover some things.

If you shoot light arrows different from heavy arrows, you really have form problems.

Thanks guys. My video camera went out, I need to get a new one. My form is getting better. When I started shooting my kids arrows, I found that upon release I was moving my bow arm left. It wasn't obvious until I used a light arrow. I would venture to say newbies should shoot as light an arrow as possible so they can work on their form. A form problem probably affects lighter arrows more, making it easier to identify problems.
