I have read the posts about the "clock" and it has been helpful. I have read Fergusen's book and it has been helpful. I am trying to figure how to keep my bow arm unlocked and pushing at the point of aim. Is it straight but not locked? Is it bent slightly. I cann't figure this out. I know when I get a bullseye everything feels good but then my brain becomes engaged trying to duplicate it and the wheels fall off. Thank you

You'll get lots of answers to this one. I like a straight but not locked bow arm, others like it to be locked. Which ever works for you. I would suggest though that you think "press" the bow shoulder towards the target and not "push" the whole bow arm. See if that idea works for you.

That is what I am issues with. I can't figure out how push a straight arm. I worry about inconsistant draw when I bend my arm. I need to have a lever where I can disconnect my brain (the weakest link) and just let 'er fly. Thank you
