Good evening;
After reading the post about the up comming Fun Shoot, I tried a few different positions when I went out to shoot today. The weird thing is, I shot better kneeling than I did standing a few times. Is there something in the height of the target that makes it easier or harder? FWIW, I'm 6' tall, and the bullseye is at mid-thigh.
Thanks,
D

Probably shoulder alignment is better kneeling. When the Target is low or high, bend at the waist, don't just raise or lower your arm. Check terrys form clock in the shooters forum for a better explanation.

I notice the same shing when I shoot. I think I am a little more stable kneeling.

The answer is it shouldn't matter whether you are level, above or below your target if you bend at the waist and align your shoulders and bow arm with the target.
