This may be a tall order, but can someone post a picture of their sight picture as they are at full draw ready to launch. I am curious as to how it compares to mine.
Because I could not get an actual picture, please accept this dramatization. At about 25 yards the tip of my arrow is represented by the yellow dot as I am aiming at the green circle. I shoot three under with my index finger anchored at the corner of my mouth.

Mic, For me, the yellow dot would be about where the green "A" is on the picture. Or at least what appears to be a green "A" on the fore foot. I suggest that you have an alignment problem. When you have to hold that much "windage" you will have a problem at every range because the off set will be different each time.

To what degree do you "cant" your bow?
-
Alignment issue in your form, or you're shooting too stiff of an arrow. What's your bow/arrow setup? If you can post up a video of yourself shooting then Arne and others can better diagnose a possible form issue.

Mic, "To what degree do you "cant" your bow?"
You can really see my natural cant in my avatar picture. But regardless, whatever cant the shot requires, my reference spot will still be on basically the foot of the animal in the picture.
If what you show works for you , do not change. But! "Cant" or not, if you are holding that much offset, I SUGGEST that there is an alignment/form problem. I cannot say more with out seeing you shoot as Rob suggests.

Where the back of the right front leg meets the body of the deer is where I would hold at 25 yards to hit in the green circle and I shoot 3 under as well. Regardless of cant although I don't cant much unless the shot calls for it. I anchor middle finger in corner of mouth though.

So no matter how much of a cant , just as long as my form is good and my setup is good my point of aim should all be the same?
-
Do you shoot with both eyes open, if you do it might be an issue as to which eye is dominant.
-
I don't have a clue of the elevation to post a dot at...but I know my arrow is somewhere directly underneath the vitals.
If you are having to aim way right....you have some other issue that has been mentioned above...equipment or alignment...alignment as it your not really looking where the arrow is pointed.
-
I'm right handed and left eye dominant and see the same pic as you do. My arrow point is always to the right. Check your eye dominance like Longstick recommended.
-
Wow! For me, the point of aim would be about the letter "u" in the word "lungs" at 25yds, 3-under and middle finger at corner of mouth.

This is a still from go pro footage, last season. All I can tell ya is I obviously didn't hold high enough, cause my Simmons went right under his heart into the ground :dunno: . The link to the video is below, for anyone interested.

My arrow is right under the vitals or what ever I am shooting at.
