Dont know exactly how to go about that, Im not  very smart when I comes to that. But it's like I can't see and I'm tryin to move the bow to see or what Im not for sure, but if I hold for awhile it's like I can feel my arm slowly comin up. Not real for sure

ONE way to look at it is that your bow hand is your front sight.  Push it to the center and keep it there until the arrow hits.  A common problem is to want to see the arrow  and to move the bow hand.  That is NOT necessary.  If you are patient, you will see the arrow without trying to move the hand.

If you have a digital camera, you can take a short video and easily upload it to Photobucket or Youtube and then link it here.  Just connect your camera to the computer, sign into one of the services and upload it.  Then you can get a link and place it here on Tradgang.  Worth doing if you really want help.  Word descriptions are OK but a picture is worth a thousand words.
