Dragon,

Overall pretty good but hard to tell too much from a static photo.  Four things I'd point out that I do see.

1. I'm REAL big on maintaining a 90 degree angle between your bow arm and your spine.  It doesn't look like you have that due to your slight lean to the back and bow arm lowered a little.

2.  Look at the bowstring and your string hand.  Both show that you are overdrawing about a half inch or so. The string should be a little more to the left (closer to the center of your eye) which will put the arrow nock MORE under your eye. I suspect that you tend a little to the left on target.

3. Your stance is a little too narrow for a man of your stature and in  a "controlled" environment (practice).  Hunting is something else but that is not what the pictures show.

4.  You have your string shoulder rolled up a little.  That is putting your string elbow a little too high.  If you could lower your string shoulder (just let it relax down) and NOT change the rest of the string side, you'd be in great position.

IMO, your bow hand, bow arm and bow shoulder are about as good as it gets.  Don't know what you have changed but again, overall pretty good, keep it going!!

Arne, maybe Dragons bow is a little long? Is a persons form best with a certain length bow over another, or is bow length important when it comes to form? I know what a 90deg angle is, but not sure how it's supposed to look in someone shooting.

Sirius,  I don't think bow length is TOO important unless your style uses the string as a reference like touching the eyebrow, glasses, nose, etc.

As far as the 90* angle, just mentally look at the bow arm and the spine (you kind of have to imagine where it is) of the shooter.  Try to set that at 90, then if shooting at a lower target, move the spine while maintaining the bow arm at 90 to the spine so your sight picture is on target.  Is that what you are asking?
