I never really understood what back tension felt like until I heard it explained this way.

I know this is an old post, but I want to say thank you. My accuracy has improved a ton. I being me and all, couldn't really grasp the concept of back tension until I searched and found this post. Great video. Maybe it will help someone else like me. Thanks alot!
