Title: deep hook

how many of you guys on here shoot with a deep hook? how much should you wrap your fingers around the string? im trying this style shooting with a tab and seems kinda funky i guess my wrist used to break outwards when drawing the bow back causing torque?

My hook is the first digit, which is what I think you find is the most common. I used to rest teh string on my finger tips, but switched when I picked up Trad and started hanging out around here.
