Title: Overdrawing

I keep having the tendency to overdraw and my shooting goes out the window. Why is this? What can I do to stop doing this?

My problem is I keep collapsing, what should I do take a few days off?

Establish a consistent anchor, and hold a deep hook right through to the release.
