I purchased a shaft test kit from 3Rivers and its the best thing ive invested in thus far on my Trad journey! i highly recommend it. Anyway, ive discovered the best performing spine for my setup and it consist of a Axis trad 600 with 175grain field tip. However, i was wondering if swapped out the stock easton insert (16 grains) and installed the brass insert (75 grain) would it allow me to switch to a 125 grain tip??? id still have almost the same grains upfront but it would allow me to shoot 125 grain judo points and have easier access to broadheads seeing my local shop only carries 85 - 125 grain tips... thoughts?

Fortunately for you, since you have your test kit, you can answer your own question better than we can guess the answer for you.  However, my guess would be that if your shaft with a combined inset/point weight of 191 grains is in tune, so would the combined insert/point weight of 200 grains.  In the 200 grain setup, you're moving the weight back slightly, so you would need more overall weight to get the same tune, so at least you're moving in the right direction.

Thanks... I was hoping to get some educated guesses before i glue in these brass inserts - They are about impossible to remove without ruining the arrow.

Like Dave said, try it.  I'm probably in the minority, but I've never been able to hold arrow length constant while substituting a long insert(of any weight) for a short one and drop point weight to keep total mass equal without it screwing up dynamic spine.  I won't even start the debate, it'll just devolve into an argument. You're other option is to build your own heads from glue-on Judos and adapters to give you 175 grs.  That doesn't help your broadhead dilemma unless your build those the same way, but I doubt that shop carries glue-ons either.  There are lots of sponsors on here that'll have everything you need.
