Take a whole loin
marinate in grillmates mesquite or southwest
the southwest is spicy
Its a dry powder you add oil,water and a tablespoon of white vinager too(Whether the pack says so or not)
about 40 min on indirect heat
for med rare,and if you dont like med rare then go make a soup with the loin.
If you have a holland grill throw it on high cook on direct heat for 15-20 min.
