We use deerburger and season with Lawrys, breadcrumbs and minced onions add an egg to contents in bowl and knead until mixed., then roll into meatballs about 1.5 inches diameter. Place on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and cook in oven on 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.Cut one open and make sure it is done, if so Take out of oven. Then, In a crockpot add 1 jar of chili sauce and 1 jar of grape jelly and mix then add meatballs and cook on low to keep warm. Once the sauce is warm they are ready to eat. Can you say GOOOOOOD.? :readit:

Here's a recipe for Italian meatballs.
For every 2 pounds of ground meat
In a small blender combine:
2 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
1 Tbs. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup shredded parmigianno reggiano
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
blend
Add mixture to ground meat and also add 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs. Mix thorougly and shape into balls. Fry, bake, broil, or grill. I like to flatten them, grill them, and call them Italian hamburgers.
