put de lime in de coconut and put em bot togeda..put de lime in de coconut and stir em bod up..

sorry.

I would heat up a deep soup pot with peanut oil and drop green beans in, uncut so you don't lose the water out of them into it.

Alternatively, you could try tempura batter, available in most grocery stores..its real thin..and would give a nice texture to them.

You could also infuse the oil with stuff like garlic, as an example, to add flavor.

I do them all the time.. my 9 yr old loves them...
Make an egg wash and soak the beans in it...
Meanwhile combine flour, corn meal and bread crumbs in equal parts and mix well...
Dredge the beans in the flour mix shake off excess and allow to sit for a couple of minutes..
Then deep fry at 375 degrees until lightly browned, it does not take long..
The mix of flour, corn meal and bread crumbs gives a nice thin breading that gets real crispy.  I also use it for chicken and most of my breaded frying.
I like serving the beans with either a wasabe dipping sauce I buy or a mix of ketchup, mayo and a bit of hot sauce.

Hey, I didn't get this big looking at food    :campfire:
