Here is my first attempt at Smoking Wild Boar...

and the finished product and WOW was it GOOD, I used Hickory Bisquettes and cooked at 225 for about 3.5 hours with a spray of apple juice after the first hour. MMMMMMMMMMM GOOOOOOOOOD

It looks deeeelicious! I'll bet it tasted wonderful. :D Too bad I'm allergic to pork. :(
I wonder if 'wild pork' would be any different. :cool:

I think you've been bitten by the bug!!!! It's time to start thinking of some good excuses for the wife as to why you want to smoke so much. Congrats!!!!!!
